Matt was amazing! I called a number of computer repair places when I started having trouble with my laptop and none of them would help me without seeing the computer. When I called Atlas to ask about making an appointment, Matt asked me what the problem was and walked me through a few steps before even asking me to bring the laptop in. And it worked! My laptop turned on and Matt explained what I needed to do going forward to troubleshoot the problem. He was patient, kind and I can't say enough great things about him. I will absolutely go to Atlas Computer Services whenever I have any computer problems going forward and would HIGHLY recommend them.
