I probably rated them before, yet today was the last straw. NEVER USE THEIR PRINTING DEPARTMENT. I think they did me right 1/17 tries. Today's gripe: I was in a bind and needed 26 8x10 glossy prints. I dropped things off and they said it would be done the next day. I picked the photos up. They were printed on various stock of computer paper with various sheens. Some of the prints had printer seem lines through it, ruining the picture. Worse yet, I ordered 8x10, but they were printed on 8.5x11 paper with various white boarders. I asked why the job was incomplete, and they offered to trim them for an extra cost.

Look, they had my name and contact number. If they had any question about what I meant by 8x10 glossy, they could have called and asked, but they did not. They made a decision to save me money by printing on various stock and rushed the job through the printers. I would have paid $5 a piece for wide format glossy prints if they would have asked.

They were slow to complete the project (24hours) They rushed the job (draft quality printing) They did not allhave the same stock paper. They did not all have the same sheen (some had a semi-gloss, some were matte)

And they did not offer a discount.

The whole staff needs to go through printer knowledge & customer training again. Seriously, if this was a restuarant, Gordan Ramsay would shut DuBois...

Updated Review: (4☆) Instead of guessing, doing a ton of research, or trying to get questions answered about a chair... I figured I'd just let my husband choose whichever one he wanted. So, we went to the store and he was able to evaluate the available options and decided on one. This time I asked for help only because there is a single box behind each display chair and I wasn't sure if the box was it or if we needed someone to retrieve one from the back. In any case, the gentleman came out within a reasonable time and I believe another shopper was able to get this staff member's assistance afterwards.

Previous Review (less than a week prior to update) (3☆): Had a bad experience many many years ago but decided to give them another shot before Father's Day. The store seemed clean and well staffed. However, I was unable to purchase an office chair because some manager or whomever never came and helped me. This is a great store and I have been shopping here for years. Every time I visit the store, staff have been polite and helpful. All the items in the store are easy to find and there is lots of room in the ailes to look without bumping into anything.

During my visit, I did not get greeted at the door because the staff were all busy. It only took a moment for a staff member to check if I needed help finding anything.

The staff was very helpful with answering questions about the desk chairs and the protection plan. I noticed a chair that was ripped, which was odd, but a prop to show what is covered in the protection plan. It was nice to see the prop showing what is covered. They had several sales going on right now on certain items. I really like going to this store since they have the "really useful boxes" if you haven't seen them that's what they are called. They are the best boxes for storage and can be stackable. Having them in the store is very convenient and saves on shipping. They had a large variety of supplies and other office items.
