Big Lots really does have almost everything. They had some different items, such as Lego storage containers. Overall, the store had a lot of items storage containers, bookcases, chairs, kitchen appliances, and food. Pet items, movies, etc. The store had a variety of springtime items such as patio furniture. A range in prices of low to high priced items.

The store is large, and I did not have any issue navigating and looking through the ailes.

The store was clean and well organized.

The prices seemed to be the same as others. A few of the toy items seemed high, but not by much.

My girlfriend and I went into this store to shop for a reasonably priced outdoor furniture set. We found the set that met our standards. 48 hours later we found the time to assemble the set but found a manufacturer defect in the build of the outdoor coffee table. The following morning we went back to the store in an attempt to replace the piece with another one. It turned out they didn't have any, however, the wonderful woman named Barb in the furniture section was very swift in helping us and even offering to give us 10% back. I am rating this place 5 starts because of the customer service and personable associates. Do not buy from this company. It’s not so much the local store itself has it is the customer service and policy’s. They will take your hard earned money and assure you that you will get the items you paid for. Only to find out that the items are no longer available. And when you go to get your money refunded which you would think would be an easy fix. They will make it almost impossible for you to get your money back.
