Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sandy Township

I went to Taco Bell today. And normally the service is great. This afternoon I went through the drive through and the speaker wasn't working properly. We had to repeat the order. A few times. When I got home 2 items I ordered wasn't in the bag.. I didn't pay for it apparently... and my bill was still almost 30 dollars. And all I ordered was a side of beans AND 2 nachos . And 2 drinks. So naturally with the price I assumed my 1.29 cent burritos were in the bag. When I called the manager told me I did not order. (She was very young & very rude). Told me if I didn't like it to stop coming to Taco Bell. Meanwhile I am a manager at a store very close and I would never do this to a customer. As I was talking. She hung up on me. I called back and a young guy picked up the phone and I asked for the managers name..... (for corporate purposes) and he told me she was busy making an order.. and he wasn't allowed to disclose her name. ?????? What?? She was going to refund my order... or help me in some way..and she doesn't have a name?? And she's a manager. ? Please tell me this makes no sense. I am very displeased. With her attitude and her supposed PROFESSIONAL managerly duties. Very very...

I normally go through the drive-thru when I stop, and the food is always good. At times, there is a line, but it normally moves pretty quickly. I stopped today and went in today. I was really let down with the service and atmosphere. It was a wait before someone came to the register for about 5 minutes. The drive thru staff came over and helped. He was very nice, but I'm not sure where the cashier was. 2 other groups had to wait for someone to come. I have never had to wait that long at a fast resteraunt and never had it here, but normally don't go in. It was hard finding a clean table, and the areas were dirty. The soda area and silverware area were very low and dirty. The food took about triple the time, then normal. The food was ok, I have had a lot better here. The staff in the drive-thru was helpful and nice. He is always nice and friendly. I'm not sure what was going on, but the store was a mess, long wait time, etc. I would highly recommend that the management only drive thru if they don't have the staff to do both. I really don't know what's going on there, but I won't be back for a while. It was sad to see. This is normally a great place to...

No stars is more appropriate....this is none of the things I ordered and its just honestly looks like someone smashed it. Doors were locked when I got there even though it let me order for in store on the app (so I could better check my food cause well this has happened before, I know I should have learned my lesson). Call the store tell them I don't have time run back over there I was on my lunch break and they say they will write my name in a book for the next time I come in which will be never. I said I just want a refund, which apparently they won't do unless you take them your card 😒 even though I clearly stated I can't make it back to the store nor do I want to come back to get anything ever again as I've learned my lesson. So this is probably the most honest review you will get on this store as I sense quite a bit of fluff on this review stream. So now im hangry and feel this taco bell participates in borderline theft if you let them. Hopefully they answer the phone when I have to waste more time going over there to locked doors to get...
