Old Navy — Local services in Sandy Township

Very disappointed with a recent return. I bought Christmas shirts for my grandchildren and one didn't fit (family lives in OHIO, I bought it in PA) when I sent the shirts I didn't send the receipt. I just thought my daughter-in-law could exchange it for another size like all four my children do at all other stores as (TARGET, BOSCOV'S, KOHLS, KMART AND WALMART) When it is same item and same price why should it matter? The reason I didn't send receipt was I have 8 grandchildren it 3 different states so I keep the receipts with me. The store refused to exchange it for her so I have to mail the receipt to her then she will have to mail it back to me. Very disappointed with your store!!! Problem solved I will now...

From the time you walk in the door the experience at this particular old Navy is welcoming and warm. The staff is amazing, friendly, warm, and very kind. Ur greeted with a smile and welcome from all employees up front soon as u walk in, To the time u get to the register to checkout. Helpful and knowledgeable. Nice clothes for young children and the process are ok. You just have to watch because they will sometimes not ring up if there's a discount sometimes. I checked my receipt and 3 things had the wrong discount. Otherwise, clothes are made nice and the baby and toddler clothes...
