worst possible customer service and representative training in the world. Ray & Jose the store owners wouldnt even listen to my complaints or willing to do anything to fix it . I will definitely be contacting cooperate about these folks retailer license. and explain how incipient and terrible their store looks and the terrible service they provide. * UPDATE * Come to find out this store and its owners and staff are more incompetent than I had originally thought. I submitted my Final Bill from sprint to get my 1000 Dollar rebate Visa card for cancelling my service at sprint and porting my phone number over. Come to find out today when my rebate was denied due to I did not fit all eligible requirements for this promotion. Looks as though you actually have to also buy a phone as well as port a number over and get an unlimited plan to be eligible. I notices in the reviews here that similar events have happened to other customers who go to this store. This store is run by straight crooks ; they either are twist and turning the promotions to their liking when trying to get a sale. or their management is complete trash at training to Verizon's standard of customer service. I'm now on the phone taking my complaint to the highest level i can these folks cant keep stealing peoples money like this. Jose and Ray shame on you for taking advantage of people.UPDATE still to this date March 18 2022 I have not had any assistance from go wireless or verizon on fixing this issue... I will continue to provide updates untill this issue...
Read moreWe had a wonderful experience with Taran! My 84-yr-old mother had gone to a Verizon store a few days earlier because her 3G flip phone had quit working. She hardly uses her phone and is not interested in a smart phone. She likes to pre-pay for minutes and only add more when she has run out (usually spending about $100 per year.) The guy who sold her the new flip phone told her that she could NOT keep her old number, that it was no longer possible to just preload minutes, and that her only option was buy the cheapest monthly plan at $35. So she bought a new flip phone and paid $35 for the first month.
But she was very upset about having a new number and paying $420 yearly for a phone she hardly uses. So my sister and I went to the Quarry store with Mom and—luckily—were helped by Taran. He did not know if she could keep her old number or load pre-paid minutes, but he said he would find out. He spent over 30 minutes talking on the phone (and waiting on hold to talk to various people). Taran’s persistence enabled her to keep her old number and continue buying prepaid minutes. My mother is delighted and can’t stop singing the praises of Taran. Our whole family appreciates his can-do attitude and his determination to problem-solve an issue that another employee said could not be done. Many thanks and props to Taran of...
Read moreI went to this location a few months ago to inquire about a new phone and of course right there before letting me look at other items and explaining a few things to me one of the store associates was asking for my phone number and my ID before discussing anything.
I understand that a lot of Verizon stores will want to check those kinds of information in order to find out what you qualify for especially if you already have a plan with them. The reason this was an issue for me is because two months later when I went to another Verizon store when I was actually about to buy a new phone, they asked me those things before they could tell me anything and one associate at that other location added a new monthly service on my plan without my consent and without warning and I now because of that experience I don’t disclose my information unless I finally am deciding to change service. The associate at this store, although did not do anything without my consent, but he was really pushy and arrogant when I was worried about sharing my information to quickly, which is why I give the store a one star. the other associate at another store, who added a new service I will make sure he...
