Rude manager. She said she was the highest ranking in the store. When I asked for corporate number she said to figure it out myself.
Edit per restaurant’s request: I ordered through Iceberg’s website to be delivered. I didn’t get my complete order so I called the restaurant per the instructions on my receipt. The manager first said I needed to go through DoorDash. When I explained I didn’t order through DoorDash she said her boss would refund the money. I asked if a receipt for the refund would be sent to me, she said there was no way to send me a receipt for the refund. A few minutes later the manager called me back to say her boss told her I had to call DoorDash. I told her I didn’t pay through DoorDash so they couldn’t refund me. She said I didn’t order through the website so she couldn’t help me. When I asked for the number for the corporate office she told me to find it myself and hung up on me. I found it and called the corporate office. They agreed your manager and her boss were wrong and since it was done through the website and not through DoorDash they refunded the money and sent me an updated receipt to my email. 1- the gal doing the cashier assignment, is completely void of personality, which I don’t necessarily fault her for that however, if you ask her to do anything, or fix an order that she screwed up, she has zero empathy. When told there was an issue with the order, she just said “ok” She does not care and she makes the experience here miserable. The food tonight was terrible. The fries were cold. The burgers were wrong, were definitely microwaved, the veg on the burgers were nuked, sloppy, completely soggy, and I paid for pastrami (#3) , and got a cheeseburger (#1). If the burger had been semi tasty, I would be letting it go.
This is not even the first time that this location has been awful. Food, and service wise. I’m fairly certain it was the same gal working evening shift tonight, 2/11/25 ) that made the last two visits just.. so frustrating.

Slow - My receipt shows we placed our order at 5:49 and we received our meal at 6:19. It took them 30 minutes to make chicken fingers and fries!!! Again, this is a consistent experience. They get the shakes out in 1-2 minutes but any time we order food, regardless of what the food is, it takes 20-30 minutes. COMPLETELY INSANE for “fast food”.
Overcharging - This has also happened three times in a row now. Today we ordered “Chicken basket dinner with shake” listed on the menu for $12.99. On my receipt it says Chicken dinner - $14.99, Mini Shake $2.00, Cookies $0.99 for a total of $17.98 before tax. I get that some shake flavors cost more (i.e. Oreo for $1) but to order something on the menu for $12.99 and pay almost $19 after tax is either benign incompetence or intentionally misleading. Either way, it’s a total joke.
