The NEW Manager Ryan fixed everything on my account. I agree it did take long on hold, but when he got back on the line with me he went over everything with me and told me how he saw my account was mismanaged and done very wrong in so many ways. It was definitely worth the wait time. If you had seen the mess my account was in you would have been as angry s I was. I truly appreciate that Buddy's has hired someone so professional and full of knowledge, customer service as well as compassion. He is a great addition to Buddy's home furnishings and I honestly pray he stays because if not I WILL CERTAINLY TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COMPANY ALL TOGETHER!!!!! Thank you to Ryan and his staff for the Smiling faces and superb customer service! I would give you 100 Stars for the greatness coming from this...

Been a customer of buddy's for about 10 years the store managers and store employees have been good, they will listen and do try to make all encounters possible, the new manager and floor staff are great people, making it a positive place to shop...This morning would like to add a special high 5 to Liz the store manager , I believe she is outstanding and no matter how difficult some issues become sometimes, she does not give up until the issues are resolved in an appropriate manner, she is definitely there and makes sure what is fair is resolved in a timely way, Liz strives for proper customer satisfaction.. high fives to Liz...

I rented a recliner from Buddy’s for a month to recover from shoulder surgery. I had to pay for an entire month instead of just the couple of weeks that I actually needed the recliner but no complaints, the monthly rental was less than what I anticipated to pay for a two week rental.

The transaction was quick and painless, price was excellent, sales associate was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, the delivery was within the window they promised and the delivery guy was very courteous and professional!!

I hope that I never need another shoulder surgery again but if I do, I will definitely set up my rental...
