Dossenbach's Clearance Center — Local services in Sanford

Excellent customer service and happy with our almost $5,000 purchase. However the movers were very reckless. The door they were moving the furniture in was dislodged from the door hook so it had to be removed and reinstalled again to fix it. As they were reversing, they snapped our wooden pole in our driveway and it sounded horrendous. My husband opted to help them reverse, but they rejected saying they knew what they were doing. It was in cement so it may take some $ repairing. This was almost a month ago, we were busy unpacking so I couldn't write it. If we do buy from this company again. We would prefer to have our own moving truck/people to prevent...

An awesome experience! My wife and I have been couch shopping for about 6 months. Trying to find the right one for the right price. We walked into the Dossenbach's Clearance Center and were left alone the entire time!!!!! It is a HUGE change to other department store furniture shopping. We found the couch we wanted and got it delivered the very next week in perfect condition!

Amazing and friendly staff! Went to just begin looking at mattresses and definitely not thinking I'd be making a purchase my first visit. On top of that Bill had made a recommendation out the gate after hearing what I was looking for and after testing nearly 10 other mattresses I came to to the same conclusion he had and went with his recommendation in then end.
