Ordered on Uber Eats. I got Vanilla in a normal cup with Twix Crumbles, Chocolate Caramel Bites, Cake Crumble, Cookie Dough Bites, and Dulce de Leche sauce. I understood that, since I live about 20 minutes away from the shop, the yogurt might arrive a little melty or messy, which wouldâve been fine. It actually arrived very intact. However, thatâs where the positives end. On the Uber Eats app, I was only allowed to select one âservingâ of each topping, but I thought it would be okay because it cost extra and surely they wouldnât skimp out on anything. They did. I practically received a bowl filled to the top with frozen yogurt and perhaps a tablespoon equivalent of toppings altogether; additionally, there were no Cake Crumbles and no Dulce de Leche sauce (they seemed to use caramel which was a separate selection?? and it was sparsely drizzled). The yogurt tasted off and bland, having an unpleasant aftertaste. The only good topping was what I believed to be the Chocolate Caramel Bite things. The other toppings (I couldnât tell which were which as I was eating in the darkâwatching a movie) tasted awful. One tasted like stale mochi bites and had a similarly awful chewy texture while another was crunchy with a slight nutty flavor (no chocolateyness??). I threw it out after 5 minutes of trying to convince myself it was good. It cost $16.64 for the whole yogurt + toppings, $24.30 for the whole order (delivery fee, tax, etc. w/ $2 tip). Iâd love to believe the many positive in-person reviews, but seeing as my issues were with the product itself and only indirectly with service, I donât think my experience would have been much better if I had gone to the store myself. Iâm really sad because this is the only frozen yogurt place that isnât, like, Menchieâs or 40+...

Past that the flavor selection was small and disappointing. The flavor I actually wanted came out as a liquid and the worker acted like I was dumb for dumping it out. She gave a "do you want to sample it first?" When I stated the problem she simply responded "How?" Well I'm not sure ma'am I'm not a frozen yogurt technician. Turns out they hadn't bothered to turn the machine on.
A couple cherry's on top: Toppings were also limited and stale. The check out asks for a tip, at a self server yogurt joint. Can't make it up. You know you can disable that option on your business machines? Kinda insulting to your patrons.
