I just went in and ordered two regular pepperoni pizzas and two orders of crazy bread. I actually give it a four instead of a five star just because I felt disappointed and uncomfortable with the homeless guys outside the entrance. A male approached me and asked me to buy him a whole pizza and I said I was willing to buy the pizza but it would be shared with the other homeless guy opening the entrance door of Caesars for the customers coming in. But one didn't like the idea of sharing it and just left and the other said he couldn't eat pizza because he was sick but he could have the money or an order of chicken wings instead!!🤔🙄😅Can you believe it!! People can be needy and picky. Anyways, I liked the customer service. My sixteen year old son asked about employment and if I'm not wrong Diego P. according to the receipt! 😊😅 was really helpful and informative. He actually encouraged my son to apply and Diego also gave him some advice on how to get the job. I really appreciate great customer service especially coming from...
Read moreThe Cheezer Cheezer Pizza is worth the extra $2 bucks from the $5 Hot and Ready. The crust is tasty but more importantly the fresh mozzarella makes a big difference in taste. I used the app for the first time and really like the system of picking up my pizza from the vending machine with my unique passcode. Easy peasy nice and easy plus more Cheesy! My only complaint or perhaps warning to future customers is that the buffalo wings were drowned in sauce and because the container is a bit flimsy, and the heat warping the plastic, the container's lid popped off on its own and nearly all the sauce spilled on my car's carpeting. It was not easy to clean and in the meantime my delicious hot pizza got cold. The wings still tasted quite good bit next time I'll get them with sauce on the side in a smaller container, or...
Read moreIt's easy when the pizza port actually works, but it often doesn't. We've also had experiences where we got the notification that the food is ready, but it's not in the port, and we have to wait while they put together the order.
The shopping center it's in is dirty, skuzzy, not somewhere you'd want to hang out. The Little Ceasars storefront is tiny, and people squish in to order and wait.
The only thing going for this place is the staff - they're always moving with purpose, knocking out orders, and doing their best to keep up. The ones at the cash registers are always perky, friendly, and represent the company well. They are the company's greatest asset.
Overall, the food is a cheap, easy fix for one night every week or two when we either don't feel like cooking or have all the neighbor kids over and many...
