Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I came to get some yummy burgers at jack in the box..... well that's what I used to think, now the food wasn't worth at all, I moved aside as the girl asked me politely and nice, however the person who gave me the food after 10 minutes wasn't happy, well that's the impression I got from her, I order the buttery jack burger and I got two pieces of bread with bacon....... and a beef patie... ( tasted like cardboard though) and looks disgusting. At 23:00 there should've not be a problem as not as busy as lunch time. Look at the picture and you be the judge. I am so disappointed of jack I the box as they don't care about quality anymore.... and even worse I almost forgot my order was incomplete they forgot my...

Most of the staff are nice and friendly. Can't be said about the late afternoon into early night staff tho. Extremely rude and condescending. Will intentionally keeps customers waiting for a long time. Prioritizing the drive thru. I constantly ask to eat in and in to go bag. Not a huge issue but shows how they rather do it their way. It's only the afternoon and early night staff. The morning staff are really nice.

Fyi if you do need to charge your phone this place is one of the few places where they have a ton of outlets. If your phone doesn't charge just ask the staff if they can turn on the outlets.

Bought a meal and while I was drive thru a homeless man was standing right there not moving and proceeded to follow me to the window and while the worker was asking for my card he just kept talking and begging when I refused since I saw two other homeless people near by cause if I bought him something the other 2 would come to me begging as well. I was waiting and he kept insisting I buy him something while the worker was just there watching and no manager on site... I had to buy him an orange juice just for him to move since he was standing in front of my vehicle and when I did that I saw one other homeless person...
