I strongly advise against doing business with this company. The negative reviews are entirely justified. The staff, particularly the Instagram representative, are rude, dismissive, and enjoy arguing with customers.

I was attempting to make a large amount purchase and politely asked if I could get a discount. The response I received was unprofessional and condescending. It quickly became clear that the person acting as the representative believes owning a store makes him a major player, which is far from the truth.

This individual uses AI-generated messages to appear courteous but is actually patronizing and disrespectful. He tries to lecture customers and act as if he’s the authority, despite not providing basic information like payment links or photos of the items I requested. His behavior suggests he’s more interested in wasting time and arguing than conducting legitimate business.

It also seemed like there were multiple people involved, or that he was acting on behalf of others, which raises further suspicion about the legitimacy of this operation. Their online presence feels questionable, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are operating with fake accounts or are a scam.

Dealing with this company has been frustrating and upsetting. I attempted to keep things professional, but the attitude and behavior of the staff make it impossible.

In my opinion, the overwhelmingly positive reviews are likely fabricated. This business should have its license revoked, and I caution everyone to avoid dealing with them.

I plan to have my assistant investigate further through the California Secretary of State and Better Business Bureau to see if others have had similar experiences. If so, I will personally take action to ensure this business...

Placed an order of pins July 24th, I emailed them and DM them to ZERO response. It is now September 9th, shipping and tracking never updated, nor did I receive a response after various attempts of contact. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute and get my money back. Please be aware there is no way of contacting this business, they DO NOT REPLY to their listed business email and have no phone number . I would NOT ORDER anything from them because they do not ship what you ordered. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE DEBATING ON ORDERING...

We were so excited to get into the store and finally buy some product. Until we showed up and whoever was working the front desk closed shop early and didn’t allow my daughter and our family along with another into the store. The closing time was listed at 6pm and they shut the door on us at 5:10pm. And he was rude and still wouldn’t attend to us. Taking us over a hour to make it there.
