La Quinceanera — Local services in Santa Ana

I'm only giving this place two stars for the people that were helpful. I don't know who is in charge, originally our event was for a certain date and unfortunately we had to change our date back. Even then they didn't have the dress ready nor for the original date or for the new date, they were notified.Our dress had to be custom made, they took my daughter's measurements twice. They had it ready 2 days before the event, they didn't add the straps or sleeves that we had asked for and it was too long.My daughter had to keep pulling the dress up, she was very exposed on her chest and kept stepping the front of the dress.Mid party I had to cut the ribbon on the back of the dress and make her some straps. Which is ridiculous because these dresses aren't cheap! I was really looking forward for a pleasant outcome but unfortunately that was not the case. I wish I would have had a good experience here. I made my daughter an appointment for today at 2. We arrived at our time only to be told we couldn't be helped because they had a casting call. When I mentioned my appointment the lady in the front just shrug her shoulders. Fabiola ended up coming over to explain their event went longer than expected. I should have received a phone call or a message to cancel or reschedule. I didn't even get an apology from these people Instead she tried to make me wait until 3.
