I went Saturday dec 7 and a gentleman named Santi was working the night shift. Gentleman is a kind word compared to his behavior. It was clear he didn’t want to be there from the moment we entered and asked questions about the esquite. He was cussing and had rude comments to the point where I ended up leaving my order that wasn’t touched because of loss of interest after dealing with him. The new employee(male) is definitely there To make the business look bad, this was the second time in a week that I go to get strawberries and cream. Today he stated that the strawberries were spoiled, and he couldn’t serve them When the strawberries were right behind them as shown in the picture. I believe he just did not want to prepare them. Also the Agua Fresca that I got was spoiled tasted really bad. This location is inside the santa ana mall. I am super disappointed with this location because the agua de fresca (strawberry drink) tasted like chapstick. The oreo ice cream was filled with so much sugar you couldn't even taste the vanilla. It was a waste of money and we threw our stuff away. I dont usually throw ice cream away but I did because I was too embarrassed to ask for my money back. Figured just to never go there again. Please stay away, you don't want that inside your body.
