I used to go to them for my lashes for almost more than a year, and once one time I wrote a review about their poor customer service and them being unprofessional,for not even saying hi or bye to customers or treating me disrespectfully, they became even worse. The next time after that once I got there, (Santa Ana location), Katie said you have appointment with someone else, and I prove her no it was with her, she were doing my lashes very aggressively. And again not even say hi/bye as always. And the last time that I had appointment with her and I planned my day based on my appointment scheduled, 1 hour before my appointment they texted me she's going home!! Last minute!! And they offered me someone else, and I said, no I want Katie do my lashes, please reschedule me, they said she says she's going on vacation till December!!! And it was September... and I looked it up on the website and she was open and available till December. And they were trying to convince me to go to another technician in their location.that was very very rude, don't waste your money somewhere that don't value their loyal customers,there are many other good places offer better services and treat...

The hardest part about finding a technician is finding one that understands your needs and visions to how you like your lashes.

I didnt have a great 1st experience because my first technician wasnt feeling well and i think she was distracted. Speaking with katie, the manager of elegant lashes by Katie set me up with Angela and I addressed to angela my concerns about my lashes being very sensitive to sharp edges and being glued together because I have monolids.

Monolids are eyelids that fold over the base of the lash, therefore too much glue can easily irritate my eyes after a couple days.

Angela was both fast and precise with her technique. I went to her for the refill after my first experience and i feel the immediate difference.

My lashes feel sturdy and they dont feel like they will shed just from brushing them compared to my first experience.

I saw a master lash artist. The location a little odd for me. Open space with multiple beds and transparent curtains. It was my first time getting lashes $75. It took an hour which was great but I heard the longer they take they will come out better or last longer. I got a lot of compliments. Unfortunately many lashes fell from one eye a few days later. Because of work I couldn't go in or call until a week later. I was told the first 3 days they will do complimentary fixes. 1 week is $50-$60 to fill and it increases by the week.
