T.J. Maxx — Local services in Santa Ana

I am a big fan of TJ Maxx and this is my favorite location. Everytime I go in, I am always coming out with more stuff that I needed. Their inventory is amazing. My greatest finds at this location have been Hydroflasks, Rae Dunn items, Le Creuset cookware, Kate Spade, Lucky Brand jeans, Addidas shoes, Joe Jeans, perfumes, Michael Kors clothing, healthy snacks, facial masks, Shiseido & Estee Lauder skincare products, organic shampoo/conditioner, etc (all for a fraction of the price of regular retail shops).

The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. The line can get long at times, but the manager/supervisor is very good at calling for backup to avoid...

I was rushing to walk up to the store to make a quick return. I made eye contact with the security guard and he saw me rushing to try to make it before closing time. It was 1 min prior to 10pm, as I got to the door the security guy would not let me in because by the time I reached the door it was a few seconds past 10 o'clock. He was so unreasonably rude. He said you can even ask the manager she's right there. She was standing at the doorway looking at me, then when she heard him reference her she literally turned her back and stood in the doorway with her back to me as if I didn't exist. Worst T.J. Maxx customer service...

This used to be my to go store. But not anymore. My Mom bought a sweater for my kid here. I want to return the sweater and get bigger size. The store manager, Ms. Kim, denied my return. She said there is a stain on the sweater. We didn’t even know about the stain when we bought, and of course at the time we returned. I was shocked. I explained the sweater in the same condition when we bought since we didn’t even tried it on my kid. Please be aware and check your purchases carefully because your return might not be honor by this store since Ms. Kim claims it’s your fault because you carelessly bought defective items in...
