Taco Connection — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Wow I'm so impressed with this place I just randomly stopped by for lunch. I was greeted right away and offered to sample their pork ribs since it was my first time there. It was cooked perfectly, so flavorful! I only got two tacos but I need to come back and try everything else. The carne asada was good too, the tortillas were very slightly grilled/charred nice touch, all the salsas were bomb, loved that the onions and cilantro were diced fine. 5/5 really friendly service, very deserving of their rating. Been coming here since the taco alley days on central. Everything is great the carne asada is the real deal cooked on a mesquie grill not a plancha also the chuletas are perfectly griled with an adobo. The chorreadas will change your life 😅 chorreada with chuleta or asada. The aguas are the best ive had in santa ana they even have agua de cebada.
