I visited Twenty-Four Blackbirds for a birthday tour for me with my family. And we were all totally blown away. I've been a chocolate lover my whole life, but only knew bare basics of how chocolate is made, and I learned a ton on the tour. Our guide explained the entire process from start to finish, and showed us in detail Twenty-Four Blackbirds' facilities and what makes their process so special. We got to taste fermented and roasted nibs along the way, and their chocolate bars at the end. We had an absolutely fantastic experience; I'd recommend the chocolate tour to anyone! I work across the street and pop in for a afternoon chocolate now and then and the service and quality of the products they make remain of the same...

We learned a ton and got to taste different ingredients that are part of the chocolate making process. I have been on two other chocolate factory tours and this one was the best! Twenty-Four Blackbirds is really unique in what they are doing and it is such a local gem, collaborating with other places in SB and going above and beyond to offer quality chocolate while maintaining integrity in the sustainability. The tour was such a good value and Laurie was...
