China Express — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

The lunch special here is amazing and for the price, it's totally worth it. I came here yesterday to grab lunch when my wife was getting her face treatment nearby. I saw this place before on Google Map and looked at it so I knew it was an option to get food from here if I was hungry. So when I was walking around the plaza this place is in, I saw that they had a lunch special and I thought it was a deal. The lunch special is the Combo B where you get 2 entree, 2 side, egg rolls and a can soda. So when I walked inside, they were already kind of busy. When it was my turn, I asked for the chow Mein, kung Pao chicken and orange chicken for my combo. They were out of orange chicken so they asked if I mind waiting which I didnt and it didn't take long for them to bring out the new batch. I ate my food inside of this place, they have limited seating here so be aware. They give you like 2 chili sauce packets, 2 soy sauce packets, 1 sweet and sour sauce and 2 fortune cookies. If you want more sauces then they will charge you for it. The portion of food they give here is great, bigger than other popular places. I like the Chow Mein and Kung Pao chicken, the orange chicken is a different taste to me but it's not that bad. They were getting good business when I was here and everyone else was taking advantage of their lunch...

I purchased 5 Combo C Yesterday Around 12 pm i Found A Hair on my husband’s plate i called them and they told me to take the food back and they will make me a fresh one but since i got grosssed out and nausea felt like vomiting i had to leave work early coz i felt relly bad from my stomach coz of the food i ate when my husband went to take the food back he requested our money back which was $39.20 they didnt want to give him the money back coz i had the card i paid eith and was at work so they told me to go back the next day which it was today i went and they refused to give me my money back coz we ste some of the food we didnt know there was a hair in it or that we eere going to get sick from it they were so rude but im taking every step i can to get my money back i dont think is fare they kept some of the food back and also...

First time at China Express and I must say I was sadly disappointed. The rice was extremely dry and the orange chicken tasted as if it was either over cooked or reheated. It taste like rubber dipped in sauce. The rice was definitely not fried. The cashier asked if we enjoyed the food and I just smiled with a slight laugh and left. I tried to eat as much as I could but I was literally nauseous afterwards. Next time I’m starving for food I’ll just have someone else pick the restaurant.
