Interesting fact for this place... apparently you don't have to follow the directions of the line trail and how they set it up for patrons to wait for call to the register. Apparently you can by pass everyone in line and cut by just walking in front of Partition and be serviced. My Daughter and I where following the trail to the register, you how it is ..like a little hamster maze to the front... Well my daughter and I where on our way in the line ... And this White woman decided to walk up to the register and not get in the line...
Now, business being business right..you would call on the people that are in line and appropriately lined up for service... Not here- apparently Skin Color Matters Most here.... I feel like I was thrown back into 1776. Color people move back and wait. You would of thought that the sales person would have said to the woman .." I. Sorry ma'am but you must get in line ..like the rest of our customers" But no, she looked at me.. and then service the woman🤨
So with that said... clearly Melanin Hues matter to this store as to who they will service and not service in the appropriate manner.
And if that's how this place fuctions...
Read moreI went in to Michael's yesterday 9/7/19 and was looking to buy transfer paper for a project I am working on. So I went to the sketchbook section of the store to look for it but couldn't find it. So I asked a nearby associate where I could find it. She told me it's in aisle 52. I check all of 52, still no transfer paper. So I ask a different associate where I could find it and she said "sketchbooks". That's it. So I went to thoroughly check that aisle to see if I may have missed it and it wasn't there. Finally on my 3rd associate I was directed to yet another part of the store and finally found what I was looking for. Customer service here sucks. If any one of them had actually been willing to walk me over to where they thought it would be it would have saved a lot of time. Don't come here if what you're looking for isn't a high...
Read moreMy daughter had her two children with her (ages 2 and 10 months) when she purchased nearly $200 in merchandise. The clerk told her she could not take the cart to her car, did not offer to help her in any way. So, being a nice person who does not respond in a rude way, especially in front of her children, she took the children to the car, locked them in, and then had to go back and get her packages. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE in any way! What is wrong with people today? This is going to cost THAT Michael's a lot of customers - and should cost that employee his or her job! When a store is more concerned about their carts than the safety of their customers, that store should not be...
