This was one of the most traumatic and disgusting spa experiences I've ever had. I came in for a massage and facial, which I scheduled in person and even showed them my gift card ahead of time. I made it very clear I wanted a gentle massage only, but the massage therapist ignored that completely. The pressure became so painfully hard I had to ask her to stop. When I asked her to switch to the facial, she went directly from rubbing my feet to rubbing my face, with oily hands. She then rubbed my scalp and then my face in the same motion, using more oil without ever sanitizing or wearing gloves. I had to tell her I was done and asked her to stop. Totally disgusted and appalled. Later, the manager called me, not to check on my well-being, but to blame me for not telling them about the gift card (which I had shown). She was completely dismissive of the pain, distress, and the unsanitary nature of what happened. This was unhygienic, unprofessional, and left me in tears. I left feeling violated. Best massage in town and the staff is so pleasant! Nadia worked on me and her massage is second to none. She is highly skilled and was very attuned to what my muscle needed. She used a technique that combined elements of Thai, Swedish and sports massage with wonderful stretching at the end. I really liked the stretching so next time Nadia said she'd focus on that aspect (my gym has been advertising stretching but I doubt it's a good and most likely it's much more expensive). My back and legs had been bothering me for a long while and thanks to Nadia I walked away feeling great. In addition to having mad skills, Nadia is very personable, friendly and sweet. The spa itself is well kept - very clean and fresh, and the tables are relaxing and very comfortable. This place is an absolute gem and I look forward to returning. Don’t go to this place. I am very disappointed how has treat today and now I know why they are not busy over there is because of that type of attitude that the customers don’t came back. In the end when I was going to pay and select the tip. She was so rude and said “ really I never received this lowest tip” and was making fun. It was ridiculous because I could even give nothing she should be thankful that she received something. I didn’t know that I should be forced to give tip. Never...
