Customer service was excellent and the frozen yogurt flavors were some of the best I've had! The prices were very reasonable as well. My girlfriend and I went here 5/7/23 at around 830pm and the gentleman working this evening was great. My girlfriend and I sampled all the flavours and she went with the Dole Tart Pineapple froyo (which was reeeeally good!!!) while I went with a 2/3rds lower base of their salted caramel pretzel froyo and 1/3 top layer of their Death by Chocolate froyo and it was the best combo I've ever created. It was like a chocolate covered pretzel. Really the only downside is that we are just visiting this area so I won't be able to get it again next week. Man I wish they had one of these near us because it is waaaaay better than the froyo place near where we live. I've been coming here with my family for years. The owner has an obsessive-compulsive type of behavior and will begin organizing in the midst of customers adding toppings. She can be quite rude and does not mind being intrusive to children serving themselves. Usually, the other employees are friendly and more welcoming. The flavors are great with many to choose from and there is also a good variety of toppings. Fruits can be a little soggy at times but when they're fresh they are yummy. The owner was horribly extreme with COVID regulations during that weird time and wanted me and my children, whom were all under 12 years old at the time, to show vaccination cards in order to dine in, so it took us a while to return. Needless to say, she has not changed much and is definitely someone you have to adapt to if you take a liking to the froyo itself. The lady working there was rude. Hung up on me the first time when I wanted to tell her what toppings to place on my yogurt. I called again and she said that I needed to pay for my order. I told her I paid through postmates and that the website literally tell you to call about the toppings. She tells me this isn't the case even though the website mentions it and I've done it before that way. After all of that, she ask me what toppings I want. I tell her my toppings. When I come in, she rudely tells me to use the sanitizer sitting on the table. I do without hesitation because I was going to do it anyway. I tell her my name and she hands the order to me. When I got the order the strawberries were soggy. I had to throw some of them away.Needless to say, this was a very lackluster and weird...
