Ameci Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

The food is hard & nasty tasting & old. I ordered a 6 pack of rootbeer. It was delivered hot. My food was overcooked & too hard to eat. My dogs did not even want it. The owner refused to refund me my money & spoke to me very rudely. Go order from any other place, unless you enjoy eating bad food & paying for crappy services. The food is not edible food. Plus if you have any complaints about the food you get the privilege of being spoken to rudely. I had a loved one in the hospital & this place had no compassion at all. They delivered bad food to my hotel room & when I told the manager, Joe about it. He got rude with me, when I requested a refund. Joe told me to call the owner. I did call the owner who was ruder than the Joe guy. Unless you enjoy bad service, bad food & enjoy paying high prices for all three. I recommend do not eat here. I was sent to this location to purchase a couple slices of pizza for my friend. Walked in about 3:25 p.m. asked for a couple slices to purchase. The guy behind the counter told me they stopped selling slices at 4:00 p.m. I looked at my watch and responded it's not 4:00 yet. He then told me it would take too long to make the pizza. First thing that comes to mind is “bang for the buck”. This place is a very good value. Great service too. On Thursday they have a $5 value menu for dinner. For Dinner! When is the last time you had a dinner for $5?! You can’t cook your own dinner that cheep. The food is pretty good too. I had the cold cut sandwich and a side order of wings, both good.
