Loretta Zambrano helped us out so much, starting with her friendly greeting. She right away provided opportunities for guidance, but was not pushy and respected any time needed/wanted to explore independently. That was a really important part of the experience and interaction…being able to try out mattresses without solicitation, while also giving us access to information and resources.

Loretta started us out with an intake, letting us use an animated mattress that assesses your laying position and then gives recommendations based on the results. That was really helpful. It tells you the firmness you each need, if sharing with a partner, and then tells you which mattresses to try. However, Loretta did not push us towards anything with pressure. She just showed us an example of what the top selling King Koil mattresses felt like, in order to keep in mind as a reference when trying others. Besides that, Loretta left us to browse, offering her assistance along the way by checking in or sourcing anything we inquired about. She offered us “Open box” items, which are significantly cheaper due to having been open, even though realistically unused and like new. Just one example of how Loretta gave us options without pushing one brand or model.

We ended up purchasing a mattress the same day, which we selected completely independently. Loretta tried her best to get us any discounted options for our choices or preferred mattresses.

Sit ‘n Sleep is definitely doing something right.

My wife and I needed a new mattress and went to the Valencia Sit ‘n Sleep where we were immediately greeted by Loretta.  After the “bed match” experience, we were shown a variety of mattresses from low price points to the highest.  Loretta was a great salesperson and did not try to steer us toward the high-end units, (or maybe she did and that’s how good she is), instead just asked us to spend some time and lay on the different mattresses.  It didn’t take long to find the right one nor were we pressed to buy all the extra goodies (covers, pillows, sheets, etc.).  Yeah, we bought them anyway..

Delivery was the next morning and after the delivery guys left, we noticed a small tear in the seam of the cover (they also put the cover on).  I called customer service, preparing for battle, expecting the typical “wait for the next representative” or “you signed for it pal” and was actually unprepared as they answered the phone so quickly.  Upon speaking with Adan (the customer service rep), he quickly resolved the issue, immediately sent confirmation, and had a replacement cover sent via FedEx at no cost. No battle, no sending proof, no argument; just a genuinely nice guy who actually sounded happy to help.  I know, totally bizarre.

I’m not a review guy, but I felt obligated to share our experience.  Customer service in pretty much every industry has been in decline/dead for years, but not with these guys.  Every CEO of every company in all industries should be trying to set appointments with the Millers and their staff to...

Our old sit and sleep mattress was going on 13 years old and my wife recommended to me that some of the body aches and pains we were experiencing might be due to the old mattress. We stopped in into the Valencia sit n sleep office on the old road and boy was I surprised that there are so many types of mattresses to choose from well Dennis Graber was the perfect guy for us to run into. He explained to us all the pluses and minuses of the different features that mattresses offer he took us around and we had an old Tempur-pedicmattress , so he showed us mattresses in the class that we have and what  a salesman he is a very nice guy very knowledgeable and once we understood he helped us pick the perfect mattress for our bedroom so we would like to give many many kudos to Dennis Graver for making  buying a new mattress and experience that we won’t forget for a long while. I don’t believe we would’ve purchased a mattress as soon as we did had it not been for Dennis I would have to call Dennis the mattress expert because he worked and worked and worked until he basically found us the mattress that our bodies deserve  big thank you to Dennis and we are enjoying our new mattress right now as I speak. I think Dennis is a true treasure and not many of your sit n sleep locations could possibly have someone as dedicated and as knowledgeable as Dennis Graver so my opinion, Dennis deserves a raise at least  and I want to thank Dennis for all the time and effort he spent to have us understand what we’re buying and why we were buying it thank you Dennis.
