Soundsations has earned my trust, respect, and loyalty—these are genuinely good people, both inside and outside the shop. From the very beginning, it was clear the recommendations they made for my project were the same decisions they’d make for their own vehicles.

Initially, I went to Soundsations to have a Wolfbox backup camera installed on my 2011 Audi A3 TDI Sportback. Their work was flawless, leading me to return for a complete sound system upgrade and a new headliner installation, along with sound dampening for the doors and roof. They provided accurate and detailed estimates and delivered exactly as promised.

Jordan, the shop owner, remembered my project even months later when I finally settled on my personal Bluetooth solution—the Musway BTS-HD along with a JBL Click remote. Even though my aftermarket solution affected their initial sound tuning, Jordan graciously comped a follow-up tuning session to ensure my system was dialed in perfectly.

Anthony handled the tuning and was outstanding—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure the sound was tuned exactly the way I envisioned.

My daughter wanted to install a dash cam in her car due to recent hit and run damage to her vehicle. I checked Yelp and Google for local companies who install dash cams. The first two that came up were Auto Sound and Soundsations. I went to Auto Sound first. They were helpful, but had limited choices of what I wanted. Basically one model, which was expensive. They didn’t offer any other options. My next stop was Soundsations. I met the owner, Jordan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a dash cam that I could buy on Amazon. He told me I could bring him any camera and he could install it. I was impressed by his honesty. I went home and ordered cameras that were in my budget. I made an appointment to have two camera systems installed the following week. He told me how much it would cost up front. We scheduled our vehicles for back to back installs. Both vehicles were done in a few hours, as promised. I was so impressed by the work that I brought another vehicle in to have another dash cam installed. They did all three vehicles in one day. The price was as quoted with a little discount for bringing in multiple vehicles. The work was done very professionally. So far Danny has been offering the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. We had a rough start but it was due to a technicality in contact information. We decided to move forward and he's been nothing but professional and willing to fix the issue. I'm glad I'm giving Soundsations a shot to live up to their expectation of serving SCV for all these decades.

The stereo came out perfect. No problems. Everything wired in great. I installed a system in a stock radio and I STILL got amazing quality from the work they did. I was estimated higher than I paid. Which is a plus. I’ll always take a lower price.

They did good work, and actually installed my own equipment. I tried another company and they wouldn’t install. It unless I bought it from them.
