First of all, I want to say that this is the worst teriyaki madness I have been to . The ice machine didn't work, so I took a picture of the ice machine filter compartment and posted it. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months. Who job is that? Clean it, and the ice machine will probably work. And look at the trash that is overflowing. Those few things that i posted should tell you what the kitchen looks like and how they prepare your food. You have to do better teriyaki madness. I'm not going to post the bathroom or kitchen pictures because I don't want to make people sick. And I don't think this place deserves a terrible review because back in Indiana, where I'm from, I eat at that place 5 times a week, if not every day. When I tried using my points for a free bowl, the guy at the register had to take my phone to process my free bowl and he took all my points away and I had more than 800 points and he left me with 0. When I complained, he said he couldn't put my extra points back on, and he didn't know what happened. I hope management responds to this review because I need to talk to someone before I call corporate office even tho there privately owned. Or I will post the bathroom and other nasty pics of this place. So you, as management, need to respond to this review in the next few days so I can call you or email you. This place is too good to let it get ruined by workers who haven't got any business working there. Do better teriyaki madness. I wanted to dine in, but it took 25 minutes for a large bowl, so I had to eat and drive because I was working.wasnt even busy. If management doesn't respond to this post, I hope everyone will stand behind me and not go there because management doesn't care. I will post other pictures that I don't think you need on Google and other sites. I'm leaving it up to you. Thanks for a terrible experience. Negative...
Read moreI go here every so often but as far as Chicken Bowls go, it's far from the best I've had. If you're in the area though and want something healthy like a Chicken Bowl then it's not terrible.
My biggest complaint is the Chicken itself, it's completely overcooked and tough/rubbery and while your choice of sauce covers up some of the dryness of the chicken, you definitely still notice how tough and overcooked it is, the flavor is fine though. Pricing is average, $8-$10 and portion size is good, I usually get the regular size and it's enough to fill me up.
Edit: In response to the owners response:
I just got the regular Spicy Chicken Bowl, I didn't specify chicken breast option but I'm pretty sure I had breast meat, not difficult to discern white meat from dark especially in texture.
I appreciate the response, I'll mention it to the manager next time I'm in about...
Read moreWoman at front gave me the worst first experience for first time at the restaurant and probably the last . She acted very passive aggressive and on top of it waited 20 minutes for one item and while standing there listening to her call out other ordes for 20 minutes hearing names of people that came in and ordered after me I noticed the only one not called was my bag that I watched her set aside 10 minutes prior and being only bag to not be called out. Meanwhile constantly looking at me like not yet . Finally I broke down and asked politely if something was wrong with order do to being one item and she responded saying nothing turned around and grabbed bag and handed to me and smiled . I politely left feeling so upset not able to understand why I had gone through that. I was polite and patient and I had never been there prior...
