Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

The service has gone down hill !! The the food is not near as good as it used to be. Tonight‘s the fourth time in less than a month that they did not give me the large salad dressing that goes with Salad. When you order a salad there’s a hole for the large dressing on top. I don’t know how hard it is for these 15+ an hour people to actually put the dressing in the hole but apparently they cannot do so. I thought it was just on deliveries. BUT I went in there the other night and the same thing happened after the girl told me it was all inside the bag, I had ordered four extra not only were they not in the bag but the one that came the salad was not in the bag either. On Top of it you can’t call the restaurant directly. We order extra ranch they always forget it or they give me the smalls when I’m paying $.50 per each which is supposed to be a large. Yet they never forget to charge you for it. Poor management and somebody needs to train employees better. I think they would know that salad dressing...

Typically, this is my go to spot for a really good burger at an unbeatable price. I personally think The Habit is way better than In N Out. However, my last encounter was rather discouraging. I placed an order though Doordash for delivery. The only item that I received correctly were the onion rings. Everything else was completely wrong, I almost feel as though I received the wrong order completely. By the time I got my order, The Habit had already closed for the evening. So I called back the next day and reached a recording telling me to go online and send a message which I did. After no response for 2 days I called back. This time a lady answered and told me she wasn’t sure what I was talking about and to call back the following day, which I did and again received the same recording as before. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

This was my first time ever ordering from The Habit. I used curbside pickup and once I got home I realized that literally EVERYTHING was missing things from the order. I paid for avocado and got none, my burger and chicken sandwich were both ordered with extra mayo and both were given to me PLAIN. The chicken bites and tempura green beans are supposed to come with dipping sauces and neither one came with anything.

I called into the number to find some assistance and the person who answered put in for my order to be fixed. For some reason this location refused the fix and told him I will have to go inside with my receipt and get it fixed myself. He explained to them that I am disabled and cannot conveniently do that and they still refused.

I will be calling back tomorrow when customer care is in and asking for a full refund. This was a horrible first experience and I will NEVER order from this chain again...
