I'm not exactly sure what's going on. I purchased an iPad*Pro, 11" 128-GB, (WiFi) Space Grey, it's my 2nd iPad, back 6-yrs ago I purchased a iPad-Air [2nd Generation] I was happy with it, it lasted about 5-yrs took lotsa dings, drops and usage until the charge port quit charging.
I been wanting the latest iPad*Pro 11"inch 128-GB w/ the Latest Apple M1-Chip. I wasn't pleased exactly with the new C-Charge Cable and Charger Block though.
I purchased my 11"inch iPad*Pro on October 2nd, 2021@my nearest Target Store $799.99
Heads-Up everyone to everyone that's purchased the latest iPadPro that comes w/ a new C-Charge Cable and C-Wall Charger/Block, I went to plug-in my charger to my iPadPro and wouldn't charge, showing NO signs of the charger touching base w/ the iPads charge port!
I tried everything from plugging it in to diff outlets of my powerStrip, (nothing) then to an wall outlet, (nothing) then I thought to try both ends being how both ends of the C-Charger are the same, So I changed them around. (BINGO, it works. . .)
I wasn't the least bit pleased when I learned of changes had been made of newest iPhones, and iPads/Pro's, Ugggh! ! ! đĽ´đ¤
Like I say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", Right!ÂĄ LoL! I was SO happy to finally get my iPadđPro it was Money I didn't have, was my Stimulus or couldn't have been able to get it. . .
Praise The Lord, and gotta Thank Trump (although truth is I can't stand him, need thanking him for the 1st Stimulus $1200, AMEN! ! !) {{đđđđđ}} But will say so far I'm loving my iPadđPro, 11" it's the perfect size. I'm glad I got the 11", the 12.9" would've been heavier/bigger, hard to hold as I have habit of holding my phone and old iPad-Air in my hand while I use them.
I especially love how fast it is, also beautiful vivid pictures and videos, the vivid colors of the screen. And the 4-speakers give out such magnificent quality...
   Read moreThe root of this stores problems seem to start with the inability to properly communicate and socialize between people beginning with management. I puchased a baby monitor with insurance because... well I have a baby now... the insurance because babies tend to last a while... the Monitor I purchased was just a box containing someone elses used monitor and was obviously not what I purchased. They refused to refund and/or exchange the item and told me to call guest services. The reason they refused, because the item I purchased was in a locked case!? told them their obvious oversight was accepting someones return without checking the box and restocking it! Well seems like the only thing locked in a box was Elba and Luis' brain because they wouldn't budge. also, avoid Jacqueline if possible... tbh though, 90% of the experiences are okay. this review just represents this experience. will update with guest services experience asap. **update! the store finally after 4 days, many calls to guest services, and many managers spoken to have accepted our return! moved the target experience back up to 3 stars but I will not be making large purchases from here again. Lastly, I didn't appreciate their insinuation that I was trying to scam them nor tones and looks in public. smh... sad, I really liked...
   Read moreI was just there with my children. My son was very exited to get a video game with the money his godmother gave him as an early Christmas present. He also got a gift car from target. He placed his money inside the envelope along with the gift car. He went up to an employee who was working at the time in the toy area. Anthony was the employee he went up to and asked, how can I check how much money there is in the gift card. Instead of telling my son to go up to the register and ask, Anthony took it upon himself to look inside the envelope. When returning it to my son he then said go to the register and ask them. My son went to the front of the store and when looking inside his envelope the 50.00 dollar bill was missing. When confronting the employee he was nowhere to be found. About 5min later he showes up and didn't care to say a word. I spoke to his supervisor Anamary. She was of no help and made it out that we were lying. Talk about terrible customer service, plus the employee had his pants below his glutes (butt). Seems like they don't care for anything but to make money off you and any means. Last time I'll be there and won't be using my target credit card no more. But what gets to me the most it's you took...
