I usually come here at least once a week in the morning, since this location is right across from my work. There are some days I come in and the service is alright, but most days the service is not that great.
On the days that service is alright, I get greeted, my order is prepared, and someone behind the food counter will tell me to have a good day. There was one day that I came in and I think the manager was running food and he was really nice, however I can't remember his name.
However, on the days service is ok, which is most days, I don't get greeted, the cashier will look at me and go back to their conversation with another worker, barely acknowledge me when I am giving my order, and when I try to ask something I get a nasty look. I go up to the food counter and ask if the coffee was my drink in particular and the person eye rolled and nodded their head. Today in particular, one worker was making a drink and another was highlighting paperwork. They both looked at me and continued their conversation. I waited 2 minutes until one of them finally came over and took my order. No "we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait."
Tables are almost always dirty. Workers are taking their breaks at the tables, which I am not against, but usually there are at least 2 and they are gossiping loudly about...
Read moreUpdate #2: 10:20am. Ordered with app sitting at table with co-worker. We could not connect to internet...we kept trying...we picked up our food and realized my soup was missing bread...the guy working food counter asked for my receipt so I went back to get it. My co worker was missing his drink. Everytime I went back for items they had left out he kept looking at me like it was my mistake when it was his! Then we went to counter where the Hispanic ladies were all in a circle talking with their backs towards the counter...so I entered the counter (yes thats when they noticed me!) and asked what they can do to help me? I asked if they had internet or problems and she said "no internet" and turned her back on me. I asked her do you know when it will start working, and she said no and turned her back and continued talking with her co workers. I guess it depends on what staff are working as I've had wonderful service with some and some don't care.
Don't get grilled cheese sandwich not worth it.

Read moreWe ordered delivery from this Panera location on a Friday night, and it almost couldn't have been worse. Each of us ordered different items and there were problems with every single item that was delivered, not to mention missing items.
I ordered the autumn squash soup. It didn't come with the roasted pumpkin seeds that are supposed to be on it.
I ordered a toasted garden Caprese, which barely had any of the caprese cheese on it… You know the main ingredient.
We ordered the balsamic greens with grains. For some reason this item wasn't included with the delivery.
We ordered mac & cheese. For some reason this item wasn't included with our delivery.
We ordered creamy tomato soup. It didn't come with the croutons it's supposed to come with.
Of course, mistakes happen sometimes, but it's especially unfortunate when it's a delivery order when there's really no recourse, outside of just getting a refund, to fix these mistakes.
All three of us didn't get what we wanted and we were relying on this delivery to take care of dinner since we had to be somewhere later and had no time or wiggle room to fix or come up with something different by the time the order arrived.
