Crumbl — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, because the staff and owner deserve it completely. My story with this place:

I established a wonderful friendship with the owner of both the Valencia + Santa Clarita stores a few months back after I received an order that was not up to the “Crumbl par”, and he appreciated my kindness/honesty so much, that he ended up giving us a free cookie!

The employees are always so great upon arrival, which makes my experience A LOT more fantastic. They always ask my 4 year old what kind of cookie he wants and makes sure he is 100% included in the experience, which I personally just love so much. We gladly drive 45 minutes for these delicious cookies baked by a loving staff, under the ownership of a great human who would give you the shirt off his own back! This place has grown on me, this specific store has became family to my son and I and we will always be here for this store every week (when the best cookies come out)! My family and I usually enjoy trying their new flavors every now and then; however we are unable to since they decided to falsely advertise and offer cash as a payment option and when I went to pay with cash they said they wouldn't accept it. Cash that is legal tender was refused when their checkout system allows you to choose it as an option. Beyond disappointed with this situation and with this company. I guess they have sold out to the greedy corporate movement of restricting the people's right to engage in transactions of goods by way of legal cash tender. Not to mention how in limiting payment options to card only, they also charge a service fee to use said card. My family and I will not be supporting this location due to the rude and dismissive behavior exhibited by their employees representing this particular location, but I will also not support this company again. I was surprised how much I liked the cookies from here. Not the cheapest, but I think you get your moneys worth. The staff is very friendly, and I loved that that they tried to upsell me so quickly. On this trip we picked up a four pack, which included white chocolate chip, lava cake, graham cracker and the lime flavored cookie. I was amazed how good the lime cookie was, reminded me of key lime pie. All the cookies were good and had good texture. The presentation of the cookies are good as well. Basic idea, is they have six different cookies every week, and the staples like chocolate chip all the time. There’s plenty of parking, no mask required.
