Once I was settled on a gorgeous aquamarine ring, Mark stepped in and helped me find a sturdier setting for every day and an even more gorgeous ring with an aquamarine center stone (it was also a lower price, no upselling here). And let me tell you Mark knows exactly what he is doing, he looked at my hand and then resized the ring perfectly (and within 20 minutes!) to a size I didn’t think I was! Edit: I brought my ring in for some repair work. I swear, Mark has to be magical. The repairs weren't going quite the way he liked, so he built me a whole new ring in the same style. It is sturdier, it is even more beautiful than the first (which I didn't think possible) and he was so quick. He is a delight, and will be my primary jeweler forever.
