Came in on a Sunday after my usual boot store did not have what I usually get in stock(irish setter 83605). This store did not have my size either but the gentleman showed me other options based on what i needed, I was very skeptical about it at first since I thought I was loyal to the IS, he recommended the red wing traction tred lite. I like the design since it is very similar to the usual boots, I go to try them on and I instantly knew I had to get them! Not only do they look great they feel amazing too! break in process was super quick they felt fully broken in after the second day at work! my younger sibling came along and grabbed a pair for himself as well! amazing customer service only one gentleman working there while I was there and he took his time hearing what I needed and making sure I was happy with what I got, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to this store anytime I need boots now! if you need new boots please check...

[Edit] I had once thought that they had the best customer service policies in the area. But after my experience with the way they do business I could not recommend their services. Their products are quite good, many of which are made here in America. Buy unfortunately the staff does not know how to properly fit footware or explain their policies without confusion. After 4 different tries to find something that fit me well they wanted to charge me for another pair of boots.

All said and done, I regret choosing them at all. If your looking for good boots, a 10 minute search online for boots for long term use will give you most of the info you could want. Any footware company that focuses on fancy jargon, special materials, or claims to have the best "ankle support" probably does not have your best interests in mind, and will not assist you in a favorable way if your not sure what size you need.

This was one of my favorite stores to buy boots because they had not failed me, lately Redwing has too many problems with boots and the guarantees are not valid, according to the guarantees they are 1 year. I bought some boots in this store on January 16, 2024, 15 days of failure purchased, I returned to the store and explained to them that my boots were coming off the sole and water was getting in, the answer they gave me was that it was impossible for them to The water would get in since they had water protection and I should wear them when they were wet, (I haven't spent two days buying boots, I'm a union worker and I've always bought Redwings) I honestly won't buy anything from your store again since the guarantees are not Valid, the quality of the boots gets worse every day and the cost goes up. I hope that what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone because only construction workers...
