Did a good job finding and fitting a new stone in my grandfathers ring. Unfortunately I brought in a watch for servicing which stopped keeping time a short while afterwards. I brought the watch back in, it was fixed and returned to me with scratches on the crystal. So Adolfo agrees to help find a glass crystal to replace the plastic crystal. After weeks of no communication I finally got the watch back with a completely smashed crystal. Adolfo proceeded to blame me for the broken crystal saying my own impatience was the reason I received my watch broken into pieces. The opposite of good customer service, wow I've rarely ever felt this insulted. I do not like leaving reviews especially negative reviews but I am left with the most bitter of tastes, especially after purchasing a necklace and the afformentioned ring.

I just returned home after having such a wonderful experience at Ideal Jewelry..the owner and young woman working couldn't have been kinder or more helpful..I bought a Timex watch with expandable band and tried to make the band smaller by watching a youtube video.Long story short , I had heard about Ideal and went right down and within 20min. my band was fixed and the charge was so minimal..I highly recomend Ideal Jewelry especially since it's family owned..Thank you so much for your kindness..I will...

Buying rings and different accessories is a very prominent shop but expanding or shortening a ring size is very poor work. I brought in a never worn ring and when i wanted it expanded he expanded it and the size fit perfectly but the ring got torn apart making it apear as if it was worn for 2 years by a welder. When i made the complaint he gave me a $3 off and said it will eventually get damaged when you wear it. Horrible excuse...
