It is a completely toxic environment you can tell by how the employees interact. I’ve seen them raise their voices at each other in front of the public on several occasions. We haven’t had a regular mail carrier in years and I ship expensive items from my websight. I have been told by two different part time mailmen no one would want to take a position at this location because of a nepotistic workforce deeply engrained in management.

I have to go here because I can’t trust that a pickup will always happen during business hours at our shop. . Or at all, so unfortunately I have to go into this place. I was told by three different staff members within one minute of each other that the wrap we were using couldn’t be used. Two of them stopped helping their customers to make sure and correct me. Really? Can’t imagine working here? Are you all safe? Hold up the symbol of danger if you need a rescue. Did they really need to go out of their way to tell me that three times? Also I have to hand deliver my packages to the counter because they do not always scan them in. This time the man that works all the way on the end said definitely that I needed to drop my packages in the automated box because of the lines. There was only one other person in the post office when he told me this. The machine says that it is not a true acceptance scan when you use it for prepaid. When I explained that to him he said it will be scanned in the back. I said trust me I don’t want to wait in the line, I would love to be able to trust that, but for 5 years I haven’t experienced any level of consistency from this branch. It bums me out because you can feel the contempt for the customers, each other, the job just walking...

TODAY'S UPDATE (3/18/21): I received not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR pieces of mail from the IRS (probably stimulus checks) for 4 different addresses, none of them my own address and at least 1 was not even on my street. This was in addition to 2 or 3 other pieces of mail for completely different addresses. I gave them to another carrier who was delivering just packages so she could take them back to the post office for a second attempt at proper delivery. This is NOT A GAME, this is people's IRS mailings, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! The local "post master", more like "post complete and utter failure", needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!

(ORIGINAL REVIEW) This Post Office is falsifying federal records. They are marking packages as delivered when they are not delivered, they are marking packages as being picked up in person when they were not. They are manipulating the records to attempt to make their on-time delivery ratio higher. I have talked to the management and they pretend like they don't know what is going on, however multiple curriers have told me that the management are telling them to falsify the scans and that the curriers KNOW that they shouldn't be doing it but that they have to do what they are told. Worst post office I have ever been to and I try very hard to avoid this location. The lady at the front desk as an attitude like you wouldn’t believe and seems to believe she is higher than you. She won’t answer you either when you ask a question and makes you feel dumb for even asking. Also they misplaced my mail and I had to call them and the person on the phone was extremely rude and made me lose my time for telling me his driver will be at my location in 20 mins to help look for the missing package since they believe they put it in the wrong mailbox and when I call back to check because I’m waiting he says “I don’t have time to be on the phone right now can you call back” excuse me I just wanted to know if the driver was coming you said 20 mins “he goes no he’s going to check while on his route” okay when is that he says “I don’t know!” Oh my god……please if you’re busy have some manners and just put me on hold or tell me you’re going to call me back but don’t tell me you don’t have time to be on the phone...
