The owner does great work at a more than reasonable price. I brought in metallic watch bands to be adjusted, and he said if they didn't fit I could bring them in again at no cost. Reliable, friendly service that you don't see nowadays. Very happy to be a regular customer.

Also: Lately I brought in my dad's giant ring to be appraised and not only did he appraise it, but for a tiny fee he cleaned it as well. The ring looks like new! My dad was very happy with...

Received a new watch from a buddy and figured on lunch would go get a few links removed. I walked in and the worker was on the phone walked to the counter still on the phone and proceeded to say he could not take out links and I would have to contact the manufacturer and order a new one. The watch band was nothing special. I would never suggest this place to anyone and they need to know some customer...
