We pay for unknown amounts of vitamins and I had very little awareness of benefits, whereas my MD vitamin IV's always cause a lot of detoxing. This franchise had the audacity to say that their own MD controls the amounts of each vitamin and mineral and it is personalized. Nonsense. It is a franchise. I should be informed as to the AMOUNT of each item I am receiving intravenously! I did learn the glutathione was 400mg in the IV that I chose (Stress). I get 1 gram when I am getting these regularly, but am detoxing from the Palisades fires and did not want to risk a headache from too quick of a detox and not having had an IV for 10 weeks. They're professional but not pleasant. Prices are significantly higher than other clinics and service is worse. Little things like not being offered water is disappointing for a premium service. I was also shocked when another patient walked in who had forgotten their mask and the front desk charged him $4 for a cheap forty cent disposable. I think it's repugnant for a clinic to be profiting off masks to that extent when patients are coming in for expensive treatments. My procedure was also less comfortable than other clinics due to lack of numbing agent which better places uses.

I was concerned about getting injected by the staff, as a wrong dose or improper injection could have adverse effects.
