I had a great time until their management screwed me. I moved a session earlier up because I called in the morning and they had an opening later in the day on August 14. I asked them to cancel my appointment the next day on August 15 because my body was sick and I knew there was an opening earlier to treat my knee injury. However, Their front desk over text messages confirming they have “no written record of my cancellation” plus they billed me for the missed visit.
They actually did this to me once before, but I was too busy taking care of my family to attend the issue. Second time now I am finally charged back with my bank and leave me a one star review.
Their office is ridiculous, mismanaged LLC. Quite frankly, they have bad employees that are not full-time on appropriate salaries and the management does not give the employee/contractors the ability to make changes.
Whoever runs this business needs to check in with their team and improve their operations or the reviews are going to tank. A TikTok reel is going up next.
TWO GOOD STAFF:
There is a young man at the front desk, who is very good, and brown hair
an Asian woman that reminds me of my mom who was able to help me on 8/14 and she was very good
And everybody else seems to suck there. It’s funny they ask me it’s not an emergency to refund me and I should wait versus actually understanding that I never booked the session because they always send text reminders. I told him I did not get this text reminder, why are they billing me the automatic cancellation?
OWNER FIX THIS: They have an IT system issue with their cancellationcalendar and their billing/payment.

Read moreI joined as a founding member and was a fan. It became impossible to get appointments so I cancelled in writing as requested and even went in to confirm they received my cancellation and they said yes and there was nothing else I needed to do. They still charged me for another two months. When I reached out I was contacted by Yani, the account manager. She was rude and unhelpful and hung up on me mid sentence. She said they had changed their credit card system and are no longer able to issue refunds but she would get back to me with options. I asked if there was someone from corporate I could speak with and she said “it’s me”. When I didn’t hear back from her for several days I emailed her (since she has no phone number on her email to contact her) and she responded with a copy of the agreement, which I followed, stating that they will not refund me. This place is so disappointing in how they treat their customers. I have recommended people, even had my boyfriend join, and only cancelled due to the fact that they put it on classpass and members could no longer get appointments. @Kelly K - I hope you take a better look at the customers service complaints on here. Seems to be a...
Read moreThis review is solely for my one-time experience. I found the facility to be very clean and well-organized. The personal TV is a nice touch. However, I personally don’t see myself getting a membership. I feel the 40-minute session is too long. I would prefer a 20-25 minute session at a higher temperature and a lower monthly cost.
The real reason for my 5-star rating is their front desk employee, Zoe. She is an absolute superstar! She is welcoming, informative, and after the session, she tried to sell me on future visits, but she wasn’t overly pushy. As a small business owner myself, I would be thrilled to have an employee treat the business as if it...
