I give sofa U love on Montana 5 stars. Tina was so helpful, helping me select the sofa that was right for my living space. I have a sofa I purchased from them over 15 years ago, with two slip covers, it still looks good, I just wanted to update my living room. Horrible shopping experience. I went in today to search for a couch, this is the Sofu U Love location right next to Kreation cafe. The lady was initially helpful but after me taking about 10 minutes of my questions about colors and materials the owner seemed incredibly annoyed and almost rushed my out of the store, as I I had been keeping her from something. Came here for custom dimensions, but sofa was 2 inches too high. After many weeks of rescheduling to have it picked up and made to the correct size, out of frustration I removed the 2 inch block feet and called it a day. They did reimburse $200 for the cost of the feet. After 1.5 years the sofa broke--3 springs detached so there was no support under the cushion. They fixed it but charged $150 to pick up and return. 2 stars for beautiful fabric, I do love the fabric but regret...
