Been obsessed with this brand for years. Loved them so much I even took a day off to go to one of their visits to Dallas. Where the magic stopped for me was when I purchased the Pavé Star Set Diamond bangle and Graduated Diamond Goddess bracelets online during the black Friday sale in November. I didn't receive my purchase until March 12th. When they clearly have stated on their website up to 6 weeks. This took 15 1/2 weeks. The only way to talk to anyone about a purchase is through email. Can't talk to a real person. Every email was vague on the stages of this order with no guidance of a time frame and estimated ship date. Had to constantly contact them on the items. Once they found out the bangle was flawed and had to be remade it wasn't prioritized over other orders and added an extra 7 weeks to the order. This was not a custom piece and expensive bracelets. Had a wonderful experience working with Caroline out of the Santa Monica flagship office! My wife lost her wedding ring after it slipped off her finger at school (luckily someone found it and returned it to the lost and found). Prior to the OG rings return, I drove up to Santa Monica to search for a replacement. Caroline helped create a custom upgrade for my wife and it was created very swiftly! She even helped me surprise my wife with the new ring. I told my wife we were going in to get her old ring resized, Caroline had her try on a “random” ring in one of the display cases.
