I went to buy a new mattress and the.floor sample seemed perfect. I was concerned a new mattress wouldn't be as comfortable and salesman told me i could buy floor sample and also gave me a discount. Unfortunately, Mattress that arrived was so uncomfortable the metal springs were poking in my back. I turned the mattress and also bought a topper and still one side of mattress was sinking lower and not possible to use. I called several times but no one is calling me back from store. I called the main office and they told me individual store needs to handle matter.

Buying a new mattress is not an easy decision but if you cannot communicate with store you purchased makes the process much more difficult.

I was in shock with the kind, generous, diligent, and selfless way on which the gentleman helped us in our dire situation. This past October 14!! We. Had just arrived on town to temporarily give care for our loved one, who was being discharged from the hospital on that same day, and we needed an inexpensive queen mattress immediately.
