Whoever the manager is here takes their job way to seriously. Why are u doing a personal background check on me searching my name on google and checking my social media???! ( not that I have anything to hide but they literally searched my linkdn and name and prying in my business) only for it to be a JOB FOR CASHIER. Not like it’s some serious job lol. A 12 year old could do the job. And it’s a SEASONAL JOB 😂😂😂 this is why I left target in the first place. They think they are going somewhere working their little retail management job for 10 years. Thank god I’m in college. So I don’t end up like detective Nancy/Karen the manager. Why are you searching me on google for my job interview for a retail job? This isn’t some 4 year college job.

And working for target isn’t like it used to: They pay 16.75 at this store. RIDICULOUS. And has the nerve to look me up yet pays barely over minimum wage here.

Look at your reviews manager. I think you need to hire new staff anyone and quit worrying about your google searches and being extra picky.

The most aggressive, angry, in your face, bully security guards you will ever encounter. The guards habitually assault and pepper spray people. The main bully security guard is named NICK, he uses various fake aliases but his real name is Nick. He is a white male, sleeve tatoos on both arms, short black hair and blue eyes. The entire time I was shopping he followed me. When I asked Nick why He was following me and harrassing me inside the store. He told me let's take it outside, while punching his fist into his other open palm hand, over and over. A 20 something security guard challenging a senior to fight. Unbelievable, I contacted corporate and the store mgr. He still works there to this day. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Bottom line if you are a minority you are guilty of a crime to the security guards. The store is small and lacks variety. One of the smallest targets I have ever been in. You will be unwelcome and uncomfortable the moment you step foot in the store. If you are a minority you are going to be racially profiled, as i was. The staff is extremely rude and defensive. I will continue to give one star to every store that forces me to press a button to get an associate to get any private personal care product and take it up to the front register. It is embarrassing and it borderlines discrimination. I do not want to hear the excuse about shoplifters and the homeless. Furthermore the restrooms are closed off to the public. Highly disappointed. I would like to encourage everyone to give a one-star rating if you see the same thing and also to give a bad review to the store on a corporate level.

What makes for good customer service? The very first thing is attitude. Greeting and welcoming your customers when they walk through the door. Asking if you can be of any assistance. Having a safe and secure store.

Imagine that you're having to shop for a private personal care product that entails pressing a button, having to disclose your item, then that item taken to the register for another associate to see and for everyone to see.
