AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My counter depth side by side fridge went out the weekend before Thanksgiving. A local repair guy came out Sunday AM and told me to get a new one. Neither Lowe's, Sears, or other big box store could have one to me until after the holiday. On Sunday, I called TeeVax. They had 1 floor model that would fit, and Laura, the salesperson, agreed that although they were completely booked, she would try to move heaven and earth to have my unit delivered before Thanksgiving. I was overjoyed, until I read the reviews of the KitchenAid unit I was about to buy. Doors would not align, ice makers were broken, water was dribbling down the front of the unit - so I called Laura. She gave me the model number and assured me that the old model had the problems, and this was the new model. Ok, I verified that the unit I was about to buy was not the one with the bad consumer reviews, and had not yet been reviewed by Consumer Reports. Heaven and earth was moved and the unit was delivered on Tuesday. Less than 24 hours later, water was dribbling down the front of the unit and pooling on my wood floor. After calling the service dept at TeeVax several times and trying various suggestion they had (turn water off, dry off this and that), water was still dripping. I had to leave at 3:15 and did not want to come back to a flood and ruined wood floor. I called TeeVax again at 2:15 in a panic. They had a repair person to my house who diagnosed the problem (ice chute was not all the way closed), did a quick fix, ordered the parts and walked out of my house before 3. The unit is working fine now and I look forward to being able to use the ice dispenser once the parts come in. I'm sure there was an element of luck and stars being aligned in this situation, but the entire staff at TeeVax showed what over the top customer service is all about. ...
   Read moreAbout year ago our washer and dryer failed. After visiting the box stores and finding out that no one had anything in stock landed at teevax on a Sunday.
I purchased electrolux washer and dryer for about 4-5k with all the fancy washing and drying options. I thought I had purchased the Cadillac of appliances.
The units have never worked right. We constantly have to run the dryer multiple times to run simple small loads. Finally we had a service scheduled to confirm we are not crazy and our appliances are not working right. Our clothes come out smelling terrible.
The lady who took the call tried to talk me out of scheduling the service. I was told they would call a week later to confirm the appointment time the following day. No call no show. I call towards the end of the day of our appointment was moved with no communication to two days later.
The tech arrives the following day and tells me all the diagnostics check out and everything is working great. He told me the moisture sensors fresh from the factory never work right on those machines and even though there are 20 different ways to dry clothes we should only run everything on high for 60 minutes.
We get charged $120 for the service and are left with very expensive very inefficient appliances.
Poor communication from sales for selling us a bad appliance. Rude and poor communication from service, and very unprofessional business management. $1000s of dollars later we are stuck with bad appliances and get told it’s just how it should be....

We spent over $3,000 on a refrigerator. We provided our sales representative with the measurements of our current fridge and explained that we had enough space on both sides and above by several inches. However, when the refrigerator he recommended arrived, it was noticeably too small for the space. Additionally, the door does not close automatically. We could have purchased the one we wanted, however, he thought it wouldn't fit.
Note: TeeVax contacted us, came over and personally measured out space and ordered us a new refrigerator.
Update: After the delivery drivers/installers left, we discovered the water/ice dispenser wasn't working. I emailed our salesperson, who advised me to hit the reset button. This did not solve the issue, which I relayed to him. We never heard back from Brad our salesperson. I then pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and found the waterline was pinched from excess slack. I taped the extra line to the back of the fridge. However, I couldn't push the fridge back because the installer had placed shims under the back wheels. I needed help from my neighbor to tilt and push it back to the wall. While doing so, one of the legs broke. I informed our salesperson about all of this, but he never responded. Have no idea why the installers placed shims on the floor.
