Luke, Ryan, and Kev are the lifeblood of this establishment, and their customer service is second to none. Not only are they always nice and welcoming, but they're also incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward.

👍 Above and Beyond Service: I have to give a special shoutout for the times they've helped me out without charging me. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers to this extent. I am super appreciative of their generosity and it's just another reason why I keep coming back.

I recently had my 2018 Can Am X3 serviced from the team at ECH. I am extremely impressed by the attention to detail and pride in their work at a better price than a dealer. I was unable to drop it off at the shop but was told they offer a pickup/drop-off service which I decided to do as I have a very busy schedule. They worked with me on a time and then picked up my machine at 8am on a Sunday (yes, Sunday) and all services were done and delivered back to me the same day by 5pm. Used to go here years ago, got an itch to get back into the hobby so me and my kids went here as a first stop to buy a rc crawler. I was practically ignored while looking. When was interested I yelled to the guy who was now working on side by sides (which seemed to be more important than rc cars) can I ask about this car, he just said $500 and went back to ignoring me. I said ok and waited for them to finish and come help me. Several minutes went by, so we left and went to Hobby Town, bought a new Gilamon 2.2 and had the best costumer service I could ask for.
