No matter how many chances I give this location.. they always mess something up. Both in the drive through and inside. If I go inside and order two drinks I always get the second one up to 8 minutes after my 1st drink is complete no matter how many people are inside. This even happened at 630 am one morning when it was myself and 2 other people in the store and nobody in the drive through. If I go in the drive through I have to go back inside every time to have my drink remade. There was even a time one of the barista's tried to argue that my drink was made properly. The other thing is if I order a bagel it's always burnt! There have been other issues but according to the barista I spoke to it all depends on who rings you up and the manager. This store is extremely close to my house so stopping on the way to work is very convenient, especially with the drive through. Since I moved this way in March I've gone to this location at least 10 times, spread out and have had an issue every time. I don't really understand why I have had so many issues. I've been to MANY starbucks and my mother worked for starbucks for many years and this particular store is the only one I've continually had issues with. Read moreI really hated leaving bad review, because I love Starbucks and they always so nice to me, that's why I was so shocked and hurt that last night (9/3) for the first time ever two of the employees of this location were very rude to me. I went there around 10:30 pm at their drive through. First they gave me my iced coffee without my straw. It happened. I understand, they're only human. But when I mentioned I ordered two items, he said he only got one, he could've said in nicer way. Only when I pointed in my cup that it clearly showed 2 items then he believed me. Then a woman employee came to the window and asked what I order. I told her it was an egg, again she could ask me in nicer way, but she was very rude, basically half yelling at me. I think at this point my mobile order probably has finally shown in their computer, because she finally lower her tone down, when she told me that it was in the oven now. Still I didn't hear any apologies from both the employees for being rude and being late! I've been coming to this Starbucks for almost everyday. I'm their everyday customer, so it's saddened me to being treated this way. Not that I'm deserved better than anyone else. Read moreI had a very bad experience at this location. My wife and I stopped in with our baby on a drive back from Julian. The barista very nicely let us use the restroom before ordering because we needed to change our son's diaper. First, there is no diaper changing table in the restroom so I had to hold my baby while my wife changed him. This took several minutes. We had just finished up when the same barista banged loudly on the door for us to get out. Very startled we opened the door immediately. Apparently another customer needed to use the restroom. This was news to us because they hadn't knocked and instead opted to have the barista kick us out. My wife and I told the barista she didn't have to bang on the door. She startled our baby and made him upset. Instead of apologizing she told us we had been in there for 20 minutes (we hadn't) and that she had only stay as long as we had because of the baby. I told her she still didn't have to scare my son like that and that no one had knocked to say they were waiting. She then proceeded to yell at us to get out and to leave.
