I placed an order online through their official app. Before submitting payment, my order showed of proper discount for free item thanks to T-Mobile. After I submitted payment information in their app, it came back showing that it charged me full price and removed the discount for the free item. I've walked into the store and talked with one of the workers as well as a manager. they said there was nothing they can do about any sort of a refund even if I canceled the order, because they have no control over over the payment because it was done outside of the store. The one thing that probably saves the face of that location, it's the fact the manager offered me a free item because of the issues. So I ended up paying more than I planned on, but I still got a free item.

Read moreI have never seen such buffoonery in a restaurant in a of my life. I was simply enjoying my okay quality meal inside and it quickly turned sour. I witnessed the most terrible customer service I’ve seen in my life. There was a woman trying to fix her meal and the service members refused to help her in any form even though she kindly tried to explain herself why she wanted to have her meal replaced. The scenario was nothing in extreme context, however, as someone in the fast food industry, the lack of care or even sincerity was a disgusting site to see. If I were in her position I would never come here again. Unprecedentedly, I’ll never know if I ever need assistance if I will even be accommodated. Times are tough as it is but having to argue over meal for diner was deplorable. If i ever want to enjoy my beloved crunchwraps ever again it sure won’t be from this store or team. Read moreI don’t like the revolving menu because it’s difficult to read as soon as you start to see something it disappears. But I’m sure nobody really cares about that. The value boxes are not on the menu as far as I can tell but if you ask at the drive-thru, they will tell you what they are. I thought the Cinnabon coffee was way too sweet. I did say something and she remade them for me half sweet without complaining and she let me keep the other 2 so I brought them home for the teens. The customer service was excellent and the food was good, which is why I gave it five stars.
