If you are having any pool equipment issues and spoke to anyone other than Payan pools, that was your first mistake. Payan pools has phenomenal, top notch customer service from the front office to their technicians. They have done a lot of work for me in the past and are very responsive, communicative, informative, and overall very helpful.

My pool filter of over 15 years finally had it's last stand. They came out and replaced the pool heater and the pool filter and walked me through the maintenance, how to use, and thoroughly answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). Mike and Rene were the installers and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had just as good as an experience with the front office folks working out the logistics.
