💥UPDATE!!!💥 3/17/23 It's been a month since I got my Element from Pedego and it has been a great experience. Commuting to work on this bike through Mission Gorge Trails has been my favorite way to start and end my work days. But, today I got the best upgrade to make that experience even more enjoyable, today, Greg and his crew hooked my Element up with front suspension and the difference is day and night! Now the trails and the bumpy roads on the way to work and back are going to feel like riding a cloud. And if that wasn't enough, my Element was covered in mud from all the trail riding I've been doing lately and they didn't hesitate to give my bike a much-needed power wash at no extra charge. One month ago--- Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Pedego Electric Bike shop and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and unparalleled customer service from Greg Carter, his wife Stephanie, and their two sons, Max and Garrison. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine neighborly attitude towards us as customers is truly a rare find in today's world.

Throughout our visit, Greg and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect electric bike for our needs. They took the time to listen to our concerns and provided thoughtful recommendations, always keeping our best interests in mind. Their expertise and vast knowledge of electric bikes was evident, making us feel confident in our purchase.

But what truly sets the Carter family apart is their unwavering trustworthiness. They never once tried to push any product on us, and instead, made us feel like valued customers. Their honesty and transparency throughout the entire buying process was refreshing, and it was clear they truly cared about our satisfaction.

This place Rocks!!! Great family ran business with some seriously solid high quality bikes! I honestly spent at least 8 hours over three days online researching electric bicycles and what I found was a bunch of different brands, and many different models to choose from. Some with good components , some with great components. Some with big motors and high capacity batteries. Some with smaller batteries and smaller motors. Out of the hundreds of bikes I read up on from the 25+ companies, I realized that all these companies (online and brick and mortar bike shops) only offered a 1 year warranty with the exception of 1 bicycle company named Pedego. They offered a 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Covering everything on their bikes . Even the battery is covered under the warranty 100% for 3 yrs and prorated over the following two years). There just so happened to be a Pedego bike shop in my town so I took my son down to test these bikes out. All the bikes were well built with high quality components.They have at least 10 different models at various price points and many different colors to choose from. My son and I test rode five different bikes and decided on a mid line cruiser called the Interceptor. The price was pretty high but with the 5 year warranty , the Exceptional customer service, and having an actual brick and motor family owned Pedego bike shop in my town that I can take my bike to if I need to , I felt it was worth the price I paid. Greg, his wife and son were Super Cool people. They were polite, professional and they provided some Awesome customer service. Greg even gave me his personal cell phone # if I had any questions with my bike. As owners of several other bike brands over the years, we had found the customer service lacking, and so were on the hunt for a new bike shop. We landed on Padego Santee based on the reviews here on Google, and boy are we glad we did! We were greeted by the owner Greg and his family, who were highly knowledgeable not only about the Padego bikes, but also on e-bikes in general. As enthusiasts, it was always difficult for us to interact with bike shop owners or employees who knew little or nothing about the products that they sold. It was like a breath of fresh air for both of us to talk to Greg, who is not only passionate about bikes, but about the brand he sells.

After about 15 minutes of honing in on what type of bicycles we both preferred, we had found the perfect match. Greg and his son were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home, and he even recommended a special wheel lighting system installed by LightmeUP Lighting.

We only had to wait a couple days until our custom bikes were all tricked out with lighting, new handlebars etc. When we arrived to pick everything up Greg personally showed us all the intricacies behind our new bikes, how to operate them and even rode with us to get some tacos down the street! Suffice to say, we are more than extremely happy with our bikes, the services rendered and the overall experience.
