Santee General Store — Local services in Santee

I came into the store to stand in a long line which was fine to get a mega million ticket and then proceeded to ask to buy 3 dozen herring bait. The lady at the register told me I had to go to the back room and tell the guy I asked her if that's where I have to pay also she said no. I asked her if I could pay now so I didn't have to wait in the long line she ended up giving me a little attitude bout it. I didn't say anything walked to the back to tell the man I needed 3 dozen herring he said okay while he walked away cause his phone rang I looked at my receipt it said I was charged for 4 dozen instead so I simply showed the man she charged me for 4 dozen I will just take the 4 dozen then he said okay as I waited but the door he stayed on the phone my husband then came inside to see what was taking me so long and saw the man on the phone sitting on the side the tank. My husband walked to the counter to tell the cashier were waiting to get our herring and the man is sitting down on the phone she the. Tells my husband " THATS NOT MY PROBLEM GO TELL HIM TO GET THE FU*K OFF THE PHONE" so then i had to dollar at the man to please gove me my herring so we can go and we still only ended up with 3 dozen and 1 of the herring not even the full 4 dozens when we counted once we got on the lake. And this was only the second time I have been to this store the first time was easy breezy and delightful. Them people need to be taught customer service and manners with how to speak to people. I went in the store at Santee SC on April 22 around 10-11 AM to get some supplies, tackle and fishing licence. The was a older black lady at the register on the right as I went in the store. I went around to the counter in the back to get fishing tackle and fishing licence. I stood at the counter while my husband shopped for tackle. The lady was leaning to the left and I thought she was on her phone so I waited about 3 minutes and then ask her if she did fishing licence. She said, You walked right past me and you didnt say you wanted fishing licence." I said I came around the back counter because that is where they were done. ( I have been coming to Santee since 2008 to fish and visit your store every year). She said, you didnt say you wanted fishing licence. I told her that was ok and we will go somewhere to get them. Was outside the store next to our car talking with the group that was with us making sure what and where we needed to go after leaving your business. When a car pulled up next to us and my wife said we are in the way let the lady get out of her car. So we moved over closer to our car and the lady said I'm parking here because I work here. We just looked at her because we didn't even say anything to her and she proceeded to keep running her mouth all the way to the door. I guess they had locked her out and she started hollering at them and when they unlocked the door she started saying something to them about us.
