Bojangles — Restaurant in Santee

Different type of experience that I've ever had in any other bojangle no menu on the wall just a laminated piece of paper. After pointing at what my mother wanted she said, oh no, we don't do that we only do four strips supreme combo meal which clearly states on the paper there's a three, four, and five strip meal combo. After that I decided to order a five-strip meal combo where she did a four and added a strip on the side making it probably more expensive than what a five strip meal would have been. On top of the fact that she only gave us two four strip meals I had to go back for my extra strip.. our cashier was extremely rude. And did not seem like she really wanted to help at any point other than, take our orders, here's, your food, now leave me alone. Most of the restaurant was extremely disgusting looking. On top of the fact that it looked like they hadn't cleaned for quite a few hours One customer that came in with her husband had to wipe down her own table to have a clean place to eat. I personally would not recommend going back right now! And that sucks because I love me some...

Disappointing location. Im from NY and never had bojangles. On our way down to florida we stopped at one and it was amazing. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. So we figured lets catch it on the way back. Awful location, awful staff. Lady with the dreads behind the counter seemed to not want to be bothered as we had to shout 20 ft across to place our order. Granted it was 930 but come on! Didnt offer drinks that we paid for, wasn't attentive what so ever. She was rude with every customer who came in. She even was about to sweep dirt on my feet! Place was dirty and outdated. I really hope she wasn't the manager. We had to ask for cups for the drinks we paid for, sauces and even napkins. We'll only be going to the Florida location. I hope the owner/corporate reads the reviews and makes...

This place is terrible. Workers so wrapped in talking about whether or not one girl really did have a date tonight they couldn't put orders together. Person at the register had to have our order repeated to her 4 times and still didn't get it right. She didn't seem to understand that the steak biscuit in our bag wasn't something we ordered nor wanted. I had to explain that to her as well. My Cajun club sandwich had a tomato slice with the stem still on it and they only had Coca-Cola fountain drinks. What kind of Bojangles doesn't have Pepsi products?! The girl who kept arguing that she DID have a date tonight told me twice that all I was waiting on was my fries then asked me what I was waiting on.
